Mr. Drok has more than 30 years of international experience as Executive/CEO and Non-Executive Director in the banking industry, with all-around knowledge in risk management, compliance and audit. Former positions held include Chief International Direct & Retail Banking Rabobank (2011 – 2014), Board member of ING Bank Slaski Poland (2009-2011), CEO of ING BANK Australia (2006-2009), member of the Supervisory Board at BGZ Bank Poland, non-executive Board member of RaboBank Australia, non-executive Board member of RaboBank New Zealand and Chairman and non-executive Board member of Zanaco Bank in Zambia.

Current Chairman of Flow Traders NV (listed in Amsterdam) and Operating Partner of Hg Capital in London.
